A program for determining luck/morality in Heroes 3!

I've tried both, and different versions of Heroes (English 3.2, Russian 3.1 and 4.0) - nothing helps. It used to work, but it stopped working around version 1.0. Even like this: first, version 1.0 also worked, and then it stopped, only 0.6 works. P.S. I understand it's silly, but it doesn't work, I've tried reinstalling Heroes, with and without the patch, and tried running it with a batch file and directly. The only thing I haven't tried is running it in fullscreen mode. Added after 11 minutes: I tried putting the "traffic light" in the same folder - still no effect. To AlexSpl: I've run it both with a shortcut and directly with heroes3.exe. Of course, it's in the processes. I've selected all possible versions in the menu - it doesn't work. But I haven't tried h1 and h2.
