Why did I switch to TE?

Who did that?
And who sold it? :)

I won't stoop to naming names (or rise to it, perhaps :)). I just want to share my personal impression – in many topics (and I've read almost all of them) where the subject was directly or indirectly related to TE (whether it's about implementing it, comparing it, or something else) on this forum, the initial, perhaps somewhat hesitant interest (yes, we're not in a hurry) was often replaced by open hostility (like, you're a noob if you don't want TE), which in turn led to a justified, aggressive reaction.
P.S. I wasn't referring to the person in question, and I strongly disagree with the comment made to him.
