The game does not launch under one of the user accounts.

Good afternoon,
The game stopped launching under one Windows user account after it was launched under another. When launching, after the "Heroes V" splash screen appears, it crashes back to Windows with a message stating that an error occurred and the application will be closed. Under the second user account, the game works perfectly.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
