Tactics for playing against a Necromancer.

I personally enjoy playing as a Necromancer... and I'll tell you... just give up!))
Regarding the topic: in addition to what was said above, I'll add that if magic isn't effective, it should be relegated to the second plan... focus on attack and defense + leadership and luck.
