Places all fire magic spells in the spellbook.
Allows:
To use all fire magic spells at the Expert level...
Significantly reduces mana cost for fire magic spells..
Effects on creatures:
All friendly creatures receive Fire Resistance
All enemy creatures receive Curse and Misfortune
