Tactics for playing against a Necromancer.

First, I'll address the esteemed Moderators!!! If such a topic already exists, you can delete this one, although you already know what to do!!! So, here's my problem! I hate playing against Necropolis, and my friend, with whom I always play, chooses this town and the hero Zoltan!!! Dear veterans and just good players, how can I fight against him and the race in general!? I mainly play as Humans and Fortress. Please advise which hero is best to choose and which skills to develop against Zoltan!!! I will be grateful for any help!!
