A Warrior hero from the Dungeon faction? That's absurd...

I haven't played against the AI in a long time – it's too easy, even on the highest difficulty, and version 3.1 hasn't changed much!
This tactic is universal and works against both the AI and human players!
It's just much harder and less predictable against a human player!

Spending 8 months in a castle is nonsense! You'll be defeated by the second week!
We buy and find artifacts whenever possible. As practice shows, I always had rings of initiative and 5 dragon artifacts!
Usually, in a battle against a human player, the final stage occurs between the 2nd and 3rd month, or at the beginning of the 3rd month! The hero's level is at least 23 and at most 27!

The final stage depends on the overall game. If you spend 8 months in a castle, accumulating artifacts, nothing will save you.

They are already a serious weapon. They don't become that much stronger.

When there are 3 artifacts, all stats increase by 1, and when there are 5, they increase by 4!
