I couldn't capture the Fortress - there were more than 25 Lizards, a couple of Gnolls, and a Serpent defending it. I captured a neutral Rampart castle, to the right of which I saw 4 Dragon Utopias. After attacking the first one, I lost half my army. After that, it was pointless to continue... I decided to surrender.
