Secondary skills in Heroes 3.

I'm reading the posts on the first page and I'm surprised by what people are writing! IMHO, leadership and luck are USELESS!!! Of course, logistics, land, and air are all essential, but why doesn't anyone mention tactics? In my opinion, tactics are just as important for fighters as they are for mages!
