Skill Wheel for Heroes V.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find it. The question is: has the skill wheel changed with patch 3.1, and if so, where is it located?

Well, it seems that no new skills were added with patch 3.1 (if I'm not mistaken), so the wheel hasn't changed, and it's located in the folder where you have Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East installed: /FanDocuments/Skillwheel (if it's a licensed copy of the game).
