Dialogues with Moderators

The issues with the lack of a tournament organizer varied depending on the game – versions 1.3 and 5 (at least, based on my experience).
That's why I'm saying we need an official assistant, and even better, a moderator who can temporarily replace the tournament organizer.

As far as I understand, there are several organizers for versions 3 and 5, and each can substitute for the other if needed. For the first game, it's VDV (the demand isn't very high, so there's no need to rush; an official is an official), for the second game, it's qwerty – he manages both, for the third game, I don't remember any instances where there wasn't an organizer – if you're talking about "favorites in battle," he was there, but he wasn't a very good organizer, and I don't remember anything else like that. For the fourth game, it's Lu and Pandora; they sometimes disappear, but I'm sure no one is holding a grudge. In the fifth game, I don't know much, but we have tournament curators, and they should be monitoring this – I monitor HOMM3 Online, and I hope I'm doing a good job. I'm sure we don't need to reinvent the wheel. Those who frequently disappear should use their common sense – there can be two organizers; I've seen this happen many times...
