Dialogues with Moderators

Maybe we should create a new position – a backup moderator.

I think that's a bad idea – would the moderator have to review threads for all parts of the tournaments? Of course, respect to that person, but it's easier to find an assistant who, in your absence, can write an encouraging message like, "You've been accepted – as soon as the organizer appears, I'll add you to the table" – there's no need to panic; you can write that too.
I don't know how it is in the threads about Heroes 4 and 5, but everything is fine in Heroes 3 – there's now a waiting list. And of course, in the online game.
