Dialogues with Moderators

Even though I'm just a regular player, I want to say a few words. I've been on the portal for a short time, but I've already encountered a situation three times where, during a tournament (2 official and 1 unofficial), the judge-tournament organizer is absent for a week or more. He doesn't have an official assistant. There's nothing about this in the first post. There's no one to add new participants to the table, monitor violations in the tournament thread... Maybe we should come up with a new position - a backup moderator. And when, for a valid reason (life happens, and all sorts of unexpected problems can arise), the tournament organizer needs to be temporarily absent, let an officially appointed backup moderator with official powers take his place for that period! It is quite possible (even certain) that all this is at the discretion of the Creator.
