Quests and puzzles!

Okay, forget about the troglodytes! I suggest a simple, fun puzzle:D

Given:
Talongrad - a city of Inferno.
Ignat - a hero of Inferno.
Necromancer - whichever one you like)

So,

Ignat was walking down the road to Talongrad.
And a necromancer was coming towards him,
He had 20 imps with him,
And behind each of the imps
Were 10 demonlings,
With horns, but no mustaches,
Then 30 hellhounds,
An ifrit was flying behind,
Casting some magic,
A little devil appeared in the flames,
Waving his finger, smirking:rolleyes:,
There, in a friendly group
3 liches were playing with poison,
The necromancer was walking with a basket,
And in the basket were 2 dragons,
But the dragons weren't ordinary,
They were golden dragons!

Now, a question for smart guys:
What army arrived in Talongrad?)
