In the first week, I took two crypts with 5 vampires each, a lair of Gorgons, and a secondary Tower, where I acquired a Wood resource (my own sawmill was blocked, far away and without resource piles), then a minimal Conservatory. I headed south, visited several upgrade locations, took a crypt and a +2 shield. Tazar learned Logistics and ran very quickly with a speed boost on an Angel.
At the beginning of the second week, I built a stable, a secondary Castle, and next to it, another Angel. I had a lot of money, an external market, and Tazar had high stats, so I decided to buy everyone and go through the snow to my opponent. Along the way, I took a +3 sword and another +2 attack in the upgrade locations. On day 126, the castle assault took place:
Tazar (8, 13, 2, (26)), expert in Leadership, Defense, and basic Tactics, 2 Angels, 43 Lizards, 5 Wyverns, 65 Gnolls, 18 Serpent Riders, 2 Serpents, 16 Gorgons against Kair (5, 7, 1, (30)), advanced Archery, basic Earth Magic, 26 High Elves, 24 Silver Pegasi, 26 Centaurs, 9 Dendroids, 35 Gnomes.
The battle was very long and difficult, but Tazar won, and everyone died except for 5 Gorgons.
