Why did I switch to TE?

Such cheat settings do not exist, nor could they have.
TE was created by a team of honest Heroes players.

And if you are talking about special cheating programs, nothing will stop you from using them in SoD, except your conscience and reputation :)

But in SoD there are "unfair" bugs like information about castles, income, and armies in castles during the opponent's turn.

TE, on the other hand, provides the opportunity to play completely honestly without any unfairly scouted information about the opponent.
