Which alternate upgrade for Inferno do you like the most?

I think that the Dungeon creatures are a real improvement. Dungeon Lords only cast Meteor Shower once, and then it's manual. The creatures have higher combat stats, and if you gather huge armies, their attack can be really devastating.
