What does a Necromancy skill of the 7th level mean? There are only 3 levels: 1. basic, and so on. Plus, you can get an additional 10% in the castle. Or are you referring to the 7th level of the hero?
In each Necropolis castle, a building provides a +10% bonus to the Necromancy skill. If there are 4 such buildings, the expert's skill will be 70%. The upper limit for building bonuses is +60%. That is, the maximum Necromancy skill will be 90%.
