The point is that a COMMENTARY on the final stage is needed, or rather, a "description of the tactics for the final battle." The save is ready, but there are problems with this.

7. Together with the final save, players must send a description of the tactics for the final battle (the more difficult the battle, the more complete the description).
If the victory depends on the outcome of morale/luck/certain actions of the computer players, a complete description of the battle is required - one that can be used to repeat it.
It is also desirable to send a replay of the final battle. Especially if it is difficult enough and cannot be won by auto-battle.
