Where can I find the key?

You can ask someone who rarely plays or has stopped playing. If a dedicated server isn't required, you can play using programs like Hamachi. I know someone who is planning to quit soon – it's Valhalla Wolf. You can find his profile in the online section for Heroes 5 and ask him.
