It's a bit difficult to defeat the dragon there, but when you go to fight the dragon in Tatalia, there's a trick: you can avoid killing the dragon and instead sleep in the corners of the cave. As a result (until you kill Rothmax), other dragons will appear 100% of the time, giving you not only a lot of money but also experience – which is more important.
