Tactics for playing as the Sylvan faction.

IMO, the most important skill for leadership is empathy. I try to develop it in everyone, except for Necromancers. It's not for nothing that magical races have only a 2% chance of leadership. A Warlock with empathy is terrifying. But it's not difficult for an Elf to acquire it. In the campaign, I developed empathy and chaos skills in Faidaen. In the 5th mission, the enemies, having 100+ dragons against my 70+, fled the battlefield without firing a single shot. As a rule, my Emeralds and Faidaen himself moved before any enemy unit. The Emeralds destroyed 1-2 stacks (attack around 50), and Faidaen showered them with a rain of magic missiles (spellcasting 30+). The enemy ran away. Magic resistance doesn't affect the Emeralds. I played this on a hero in version 3.0.
