Which creatures from the alternative upgrade options do you choose?

AI spells almost never miss, even if the spell is cast on a creature standing next to a unicorn, and the unicorn has magic resistance and magic resistance boots. It's almost like it's cheating :) Perhaps, after each turn, creatures from which the spell will be reflected are randomly determined based on a percentage. So, if that's the case, the AI seems to know which creatures those are. But even if that's not the case, and the hit is determined at the moment of casting, it hits creatures with resistance much more often than a human player would.
