King's Bounty: The Legend

VDV_forever I saw in the description of patch 1.6 on the website that there was another feature: The speed limit for creatures has been removed in battles. Does this mean for all of them??? Then the battle turns into a free-for-all, all tactics go to hell, and the Haste spell becomes useless. Is this inaccurate, or is it really like that?

Sorry, could you provide a more accurate link? Because I only see two speedometers and several sections in English.
