Which version of Heroes of Might and Magic III do you prefer to play?

Why doesn't anyone question the Polish or German versions?

Well, if Heroes had originally existed in German, Polish, or Swahili, I think many people would be playing them. The thing is, everyone played Heroes II and III long before Heroes VI came out. And when Heroes VI appeared, the possibility to compare arose. And many people didn't like Heroes VI. These many people still don't play it. I, for example, play Heroes III using the Heroes VI engine. But I play Heroes III only occasionally. No one will force me to play my Heroes II using the Heroes VI engine.

boasting about supporting pirates is quite strange.

I didn't notice any boasting there. This just confirms what I said about the fact that Heroes VI isn't readily available everywhere. Even in Ukraine. And in the Baltic states, as far as I know, it's very hard to find.
