The site is located in Russia, and Buka is the official localizer of the Heroes series for this country. Most players play on licensed versions of the game.
So far, no differences have been found in the gameplay between the versions of Heroes being discussed, but no one can guarantee that there aren't any.

I personally have nothing against the original, it's just that I don't have it, and I play on Buka. And so far, there hasn't been a single case where any sanctions were imposed on a player for playing on a non-Russian version. This applies to Heroes 3, but the English and Russian versions of Heroes 1 differ in favor of the Russian version, and it is not possible to play the original version on this portal.
