What about the "Freeze" spell? Can it be applied to Azure Dragons (with a chance to freeze) and Ice Elementals?

Along with the third version of the add-on, which will include the city of Kronverk, a significant number of "cold" spells will be added. There was even talk of creating a new school of magic, "Ice Magic." Even if the school isn't created, things like "freeze" and "ice storm" will definitely be implemented.
