Ranger – “Defense” [Campaign 5, Mission 3]

I found this mission to be quite challenging. The purple creatures kept approaching, and I couldn't leave the castle. Spending 4 turns on disembarking and embarking was particularly frustrating. I've since found a great forum where people discuss good strategies for completing missions. By taking some ideas from their strategies, adding my own, and adapting to the circumstances, I can usually complete missions without too much difficulty.
