A program for determining luck/morality in Heroes 3!

Perhaps it would be a good idea to consider a combined artifact for the Barbarians...

There's already one in "In the Wake of Gods". It allows all monsters to attack twice (and some even three times), which is quite fun :)
As for the Naga bank, that's more of a philosophical question. I think there should be gems there, because in the storages, monsters guard the resource of their castle...
Or maybe replace the Naga with cats? :D Just kidding :)
