A program for determining luck/morality in Heroes 3!

Regarding the content of the Naga Bank. I would like to remind esteemed experts that gems are the only resource that appears with a probability of around 50% FREE OF CHARGE (i.e., for free, without a battle, by the way) in the amount of 5 gems per week. As far as I know, the skill level of players in Heroes of Might and Magic III is quite sufficient to increase this probability.
Therefore, I would suggest a more balanced approach to the issue of the Naga Bank's content.

However, it might be worthwhile to consider a combined artifact for the Barbarians...
