I am fully in favor of implementing this program (patch), or its modification (according to player feedback), and I 100% agree with DmitriyAS.
Quote from HP:
The numbers that determine the probability of morale/luck/ability appearing are unlikely to “show themselves” after 15 battle repetitions (where did this number come from?!), but they might show themselves after 100 repetitions. Therefore, limiting the number of attempts is a bad idea. In this case, the host will act as a God, and we are supposed to pray to him so that everything “works out” for him. Or is Sir Catch suggesting that we start counting attempts from the moment the host accurately repeats the player's actions in the first 1-2 rounds of the battle?!
We don't need the host to act as a god! We need a program that ensures all players are on equal footing, and also a program that allows the host to repeat the moves 100% accurately and record the save!
