I was at level 27. I summoned 122 specters from bears. And I know how to get even more experience, but then I would have to replay from the beginning of the 2nd week. I didn't feel like it yesterday. So, I'm 99% sure that it's possible to transform all 125.

Therefore, it is possible to get 125 bears without the Amulet of Mastery, but then you need to level up Vlad much more, or rather, up to 312,501 experience points. This is unrealistic for such a map, or rather, it's not profitable. But you can get more points for completing the map ;)

I got over 320,000 experience, had 45% Necromancy, and it was only enough for 122 specters.
