Guys, can you tell me where the skull from the castle is located in the Verlon Forest?
The skull is in the same castle. If you go through one of the passages to the terrace (along the left passage, in the direction you're walking), you'll find it somewhere on the left. If I didn't explain it clearly, I can show you on a screenshot. :)

Guys, help me, I can't find the hourglass for the Reaper. I only know that it's somewhere in the lands of the dwarves, but I've searched everywhere and still can't find it. Please help!
You'll get the hourglass after completing the dwarf storyline quest, specifically the quest where you have to free the city of the dwarf king's son, which has been captured by demons. ;)
O God of Earth and Altar,
Bow down and hear our cry,
Our earthly rulers falter,
Our people drift and die,
The walls of gold entomb us,
The swords of scorn divide,
Take not thy thunder from us,
Take away our pride.
