I just don't understand why Wing is being nerfed so much. He's already been weakened three times. First, there was a 2% bonus, then 0.5%, then 2% again, and now it's 1%. That's a 20% initiative bonus only at level 20 (and you still have to level him up). The initial range on the ATB scale is even larger (from +0% to +25%, for those who don't know). If he gave a constant initiative bonus, that would be one thing, but as it is, the ability is only effective for one turn.

Calm down, no one is banning your Wing, at least not on HotA. I heard about the Wing ban from you first. But if you look at it closely, you can only "cheat" with Wing in the early game:D, especially when he's level 10 or higher. You take 60 Forest Archers, arrange them in stacks of 10 (by this level, their luck is usually fully developed), and go looking for an opponent. If you find someone with few troops, they're done for right away. If they have a large army, their main attack stacks are doomed because the Forest Archers will almost always be at the front of the ATB scale. You fire six shots at the opponent's best units and retreat. That's roughly the tactic. So, "let sleeping dogs lie," or they'll definitely ban Wing:D. PROTON, for example, dreams of Wing being banned :-))
