I just don't understand why Wing is being nerfed so much. He's already been weakened three times. First, there was a 2% reduction, then 0.5%, then another 2%, and now it's 1%. This is a 20% initiative bonus, but only at level 20 (and you still have to level him up). The initial range on the ATB scale is even larger (from +0% to +25%, for those who don't know). If he gave a constant bonus to initiative, that would be one thing, but as it is, the ability only gives him an advantage for one turn.
I have three favorite heroes for the Elves: Wing, Ossir, and Anwen. It's a shame that Wing is constantly called a cheater.
