That scroll is defective, it doesn't work; I tried it myself, and it doesn't activate. By the way, if you press on the right side of the wall on the second floor of the bank, you'll end up in the dragon sands...

The flight scroll works, and I already figured out how to get down. I just don't understand how to get to the sands. I searched the entire wall on the second floor (including the right side), but I couldn't find a way through:confused:.
