I remember playing games with 2-minute turns... It was intense. You had to think very quickly and do everything very quickly. First, you built up your town, then created a second hero, and only then focused on your main hero. As a result, you couldn't manage more than one battle per turn. After those games, 3-minute turns felt like an eternity. :) But overall, I don't see a problem with this. Why can't it be included in the rules with the condition "by mutual agreement"?
