I believe the people are not to blame; it's the people of blue blood who are to blame – all sorts of diplomats, marshals, ministers. I think that Saakashvili and Medvedev are just like little children who don't understand what to do. Saakashvili says that there are terrorists, murderers, and so on. Medvedev seems to have understood what needs to be done.
