Help with completing the game.

Guys, help me out! I'm new to Might and Magic VI and don't know where to go after the Ironfist Castle, and I can't kill the slimes in the Dragon Caves. Maybe it's my squad? I create 2 archers and 2 knights. Can you give me some advice?:confused:
