Heroes of Might & Magic III: Horn of the Abyss

the plot is being developed, and the maps are being drawn. the campaign is progressing, although relatively slowly. for now, this is not the team's top priority.

as for The Lord of the Rings, there will be some minor plot elements that will slightly resemble plot points from LOTR. however, in essence, there isn't much room to maneuver within the fantasy genre without stepping outside of certain boundaries, so unintentional similarities are almost guaranteed in any work of this kind.
