When it comes to a batch system, it's necessary to weigh all the pros and cons, as storing saves (for each day) for 3 months and not getting confused is still possible, but describing the walkthrough and how the battle was conducted after 3 months, if you're constantly playing and participating in other tournaments, is practically impossible. I doubt anyone sits with a notebook in hand, recording every move, so that in three months or a year they can remember what it was like (but this is just my opinion, I might be wrong).
