Your maps aren't very good. No offense.

The map isn't mine or "Lyubimets's." But the map itself is made with a bunch of scripts, built-in mods, and so on. If you don't like maps like this, then all that's left is to go through the tired and boring Campaigns for the fiftieth time. ;)

And I already wrote: the map is included in the Gold Edition; at the time the Gold Edition came out, it was a kind of exclusive. But a couple of months later, a version for free download appeared.

Hey, Vikhr. Can I add a Cyclops-zombie from the map-mod into the game?

I don't know how to do that. Most likely, the author (or authors) did it the old-fashioned way, replacing the non-working Yeti with a Cyclops. But I haven't seen the mod separately. If I'm not mistaken, this Cyclops will be included in the NCF project; at least, I saw the same skin.

And also, I have the map, but the map you pointed to doesn't work; it says error, that it needs zilb1 (some kind of format). What is that?

I also have the Gold Edition, and I have the map, so I probably wouldn't be able to check. But, as you can see, the first opinion has already appeared. And in general, not just one person has downloaded this map, so your problem is most likely related to the fact that the map is already installed. Or some other issues.
