In terms of thievery (if I understood correctly), the "Favorite of the Gods" hero primarily aims to disrupt the opponent's economy rather than acquire resources for themselves. If this is the case, then this ability should be particularly noted because... it's probably the only one that's interesting. No major excitement is expected for now.
