In my opinion, it's something terribly made out of plasticine, and if you cut off its paws, it will turn into a full-fledged worm. It doesn't resemble normal hellhounds at all. Let's remember the 3 heroes. I'll provide a screenshot only from the 5th game since I haven't gotten to the 3rd one yet, but if someone posts one, it will be for this topic. For comparison...
