Dear ladies and gentlemen, let's discuss – perhaps you have some fresh ideas. In Heroes, I've always disliked the fact that everyone just levels up one hero and pours all their troops into them. And if you split the troops between two or three heroes, the opponent will always be stronger. So, I had an idea: we play at home with my wife and brother, and we agreed that each hero can have a certain number of troops, for example:
Level 1: 200
Level 2: 100
Level 3: 50
Level 4: 30
Level 5: 20
Level 6: 10
Level 7: 5
This way, we have many heroes, and the game becomes more diverse and more action-packed because when you lose an army... and are defeated, you know that you still have troops.
Has anyone else played like this, and what is your game strategy? That is, do you put all your troops into one hero, or do you level up several heroes?
