Confirmed.
In the 1st game, I simply missed it - I was talking on the phone, didn't notice the opponent, and as a result, Valeska ended up with troops from the 1st week, and not the Necropolis player who gathered 220 skeletons and 6 Djinns. I could have easily bought all the creatures from the 2nd week - the city was nearby - and Kairis wouldn't have stood a chance against the Necropolis - with haste, 200 skeletons would have overwhelmed him :( I missed it.

The 2nd game - well, fast roads and two elf outposts, by 125 I already had 48 Grand Griffins... that's a lot... I didn't have enough 2 Mercury to get Phoenixes in the 1st city :(
