The most valuable thing is friendship. Even Railag would never betray his friends to the Overlord in order to get Isabelle back. In short: friendship is more valuable than love.

In general, you are right, but the thing is that love also has its own value, but love can fade, it can turn out to be a deception. So many films have been made and so many books have been written about *true* love that you can't read and watch them all. Now, show me a person in real life who has met true love?! And you will be confused, or you will resort to deception, or even worse, self-deception.
As NAU sings: Love is just a face on the wall, love is a gaze from the screen. I am not claiming that love does not exist, I am just saying that the word *true* is very questionable. However, it is possible that it exists, but I haven't seen or met it yet, and since that is the case, I will not believe that love is more important than friendship.
