My wife... as soon as the conversation turned to the tadpole children in the aquarium... uh, I let her go.
I saw a poll on the official website asking which wife was the most popular. Feanora is in the lead, and some succubus (or demoness, I don't remember exactly) is also up there. It intrigued me, I must say. And it seems she's depicted in the booklet that comes with the game. I'll also take a look at the elf. By the way, in one quest, the pirates gave me a precious gem that, according to them, no lady could resist. We'll see. Perhaps Feanora is in the lead because she's the first one. Although... she's drawn quite nicely, too.
I also went to the Islands with the fish - fish are awesome.
I was afraid to arm myself with these fish. It was just too easy for me to mow them down. Oh well, I'm planning to take the reserve slot skill in the spirit branch - it's an extremely useful thing (in my opinion). As far as I know, you can put as many creatures as you want in the extra slots. Thus, you can buy monsters in bulk and replenish your army without running around to merchants after suffering losses.
O God of Earth and Altar, Bow down and hear our cry, Our earthly rulers falter, Our people drift and die, The walls of gold entomb us, The swords of scorn divide, Take not thy thunder from us, Take away our pride.
