By the judge’s decision (i.e., mine), the victory in the Chudo_udo - Warmonger semi-final is awarded to Chudo_udo, because:
1) Warmonger was repeatedly informed that he needed to finish the match.
2) Chudo_udo had time to finish the game – Warmonger did not.
3) The score is 2-0 in favor of Chudo_udo.

5) I am issuing a warning to Warmonger regarding his participation in Tournaments, and if such a situation repeats itself in other Tournaments, he will no longer be able to participate in Tournaments organized by me.
