Analyzing save files won't provide much information; it's essential to also have a description of the gameplay tactics... because the number of actions per unit of time (i.e., in-game day) is overwhelming, and sifting through three dozen save files to step-by-step review the development of events is unlikely to be interesting...

The tactics are in the description, and the key moments are in the save files. We're waiting for the leader's description, basically... :)

You most likely applied the online principle – gather a powerful core of troops and charge forward against the opponent to ensure victory... In offline mode, you can replay the game ten times and eventually know the minimum number of troops needed to complete it... Eight of the most useful heroes are hired on the first day, two are put on a boat, and the rest go their separate ways, each doing what they were trained for, as they say... :)

And on the second day, you can already see some results...
